Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Advenure Cruises San Diego website (adventurecruisessandiego.com) and the yacht charter services provided by SYGMA Management LLC.  ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 955 Harbor Island Dr. , San Diego, CA 92106.

By booking a charter or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SYGMA Management LLC. operates the 59ft Grace Happens yacht for private charter experiences on San Diego Bay, including cruises along the San Diego waterfront, Coronado Bridge, and Glorietta Bay. All charters are subject to availability, weather conditions, and US Coast Guard regulations.

• Maximum capacity: 13 guests per US Coast Guard regulations
• Charter rate: $525-625 per hour based on day/time of departure
• Minimum booking duration may apply — see current pricing on our booking page
• All charters depart from Safe Harbor Marina, 955 Harbor Island Dr., San Diego, CA 92106

All reservations are made through our booking partner, Getmyboat, and are subject to their booking terms in addition to ours. Full payment is required

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation date (if booking via Zelle)
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your charter
• Reservations are not confirmed until deposit payment is received
• All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice

• Cancellations 14+ days before charter: Full deposit refund minus any processing fees
• Cancellations 7–13 days before charter: 50% of deposit refunded
• Cancellations less than 7 days before charter: No refund of deposit
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full charter amount is forfeited

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a charter due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) and BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) vessel. There are no corkage fees or catering fees. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages.

Prohibited items — the following are strictly NOT allowed on board:

• Red drinks of any kind (red wine, red juice, red punch, etc.)
• Red cake or any red-frosted baked goods
• Red curry or red sauce dishes
• Illegal substances of any kind

Violation of the no-red-items policy will result in immediate termination of the charter with no refund.

All guests must comply with the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. The captain has full authority over the vessel and the safety of all on board.

• All guests must be aboard at the scheduled departure time. We cannot wait for late arrivals — please arrive 30 minutes early
• Guests who appear intoxicated at boarding may be denied access with no refund
• Guests must be of legal drinking age (21+) to consume alcohol on board
• Swimming is permitted only in designated areas and with captain's approval
• Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members in their party
• Any damage to the vessel caused by guests will be billed to the charter organizer
• SYGMA Management LLC. reserves the right to terminate any charter early due to unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund

By booking and boarding the vessel, all guests acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in a yacht charter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to water-related activities, weather conditions, and vessel motion
• SYGMA Management LLC., its owners, captains, crew, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, or loss of personal property during the charter
• Guests participate at their own risk
• SYGMA Management LLC. carries required insurance and operates in compliance with US Coast Guard regulations

All guests may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to boarding.

By booking a charter with SYGMA Management LLC. , guests grant us permission to photograph or video record the experience for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your charter date.

The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. If weather conditions or mechanical issues make it unsafe to operate the vessel, SYGMA Management LLC. reserves the right to cancel or postpone the charter. In such cases:

• The option to reschedule at no additional fee
• We are not responsible for any ancillary costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal maritime law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
