All guests are required to complete a digital Passenger Waiver prior to boarding. As a legally authorized California charter company, Adventure Cruises San Diego is required by law to collect these signed waivers in compliance with state regulations.

  2. 2Share this page link with all members of your party — every guest must complete their own waiver individually.
  3. 3Ensure all waivers are e-signed before your scheduled departure time. Guests without a completed waiver will not be permitted to board.
