Before You Arrive

To comply with the requirements of the San Diego Port Authority and Safe Harbor Sunroad Marina, all charter guests must observe the following procedures: • Music Volume: While the yacht is navigating through the marina during both departure and return, music played outside must be kept at a lower, respectful volume. Music may continue to be enjoyed inside the enclosed cabin areas at a normal listening level. Once clear of the marina, the Captain may approve increasing the outside music volume. • Prepare for Disembarkation: As the yacht returns to the dock, guests are encouraged to move inside the yacht to gather personal belongings and prepare to disembark. • Prompt & Quiet Departure: Once the yacht is securely docked, all guests must be prepared to disembark promptly, safely, and quietly in consideration of marina operations, neighboring vessels, and local regulations. • Charter End Time: Your charter concludes at the scheduled end time listed on your reservation. Charter time includes boarding and disembarking and does not extend beyond the reserved end time to allow additional time for gathering belongings, taking photos, or saying goodbyes.
