Please bring CASH GRATUITY as it is not included, we suggest 15-20% for excellent service as it’s industry standard, or no less than $200 total or about $20/person with 12 people.
What Shoes Should I Wear?
Soft-soled shoes such as tennis shoes, boat shoes, sneakers, sandals, and flip-flops are recommended. It is also advised to remove your shoes and socks to prevent slipping on the boat decks. Please note, if anyone in your group is wearing high-heeled shoes/hard sole shoes, they must be removed before boarding.
Where Do I Meet the Boat
H&M LANDING located at 2803 Emerson St, San Diego, Ca 92016 next to Point Loma Seafoods. Please gather and wait in front of the H&M Landing building
What Time Should I Arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes EARLY. TEXT the Captain when ALL your party is gathered (and some way for him to identify your group) he will come MEET you IN FRONT OF H & M Building and escort to the docks. There may be another party disembarking, so we appreciate your patience while our crew cleans thoroughly before boarding. We will board once your entire party arrives and the boat is ready. IF the boat and crew is running LATE, rest assured you will get your full time.
What About Parking?
There is parking lots located at and around 2803 Emerson St, San Diego, CA 92106. The H&M Landing parking lot can be extremely busy, so cruise around in. You can unload your items at the round-a-bout in front of H&M first.
Parking is available through three separate lots in the vicinity. There is one lot located on Scott Street with entrances directly in front of H&M Landing and further down Scott Street towards North Harbor Drive. There are two additional lots accessible via North Harbor Drive. All three lots are $12 per 24 hours and are pre-paid by license plate. Please read parking signs carefully for any rate and/or time limitations. DO NOT PARK IN THE POINT LOMA SEAFOODS PARKING LOT!
There is also FREE parking in residential areas nearby. (ACE and SPOT Parking Apps) They do not take AMEX you will need to use the QRs codes
*If you use an Uber or Lyft or Taxi be sure to see the H & M Landing sign which is right in front as you drive into the parking lot before you let your driver go.*
What If My Party Is Late?
Your cruise time BEGINS and ENDS according to your booking itinerary times… not when you arrive. The Dock requires us to depart within 15 minutes from your scheduled Departure Time. Inform Captain if running late ASAP!
Can We Extend Our Cruise?
Let the Captain or Crew know, and we will see if that can be arranged based upon availability of the vessel. The cost will be based on your booked hourly rate.
Can We Bring Alcohol & Food Aboard the Boat?
Yes, as long as guests are over 21, you are welcome to bring and drink whatever you like. Please NO Red drinks, NO Red curry and NO Red cake allowed. It stains. And we prefer not Glass. There is an ice chest w/ice provided on the boat, so you do not need to bring one, there is also a full-size Refrigerator/Freezer and microwave for you to use. (Transfer your drinks from your ice chest into bags or boxes and then you can put them in the onboard ice chest or refrigerator.
Can We Board Early to Decorate?
Decorating and clean-up of decorations must be done during your scheduled rental time.
What Ages Are Allowed On the Boat?
Guests of all ages are welcome aboard. Please ensure that each guest is comfortable walking on a moving vessel, able to stabilize themselves, and navigate around the boat. Life jackets are required for infants and small children. For those prone to motion or seasickness, it is advisable to take preventative measures in advance.
Is the boat Dog-Friendly?
While we love our pups, it is not appropriate to have them aboard while underway for safety and cleanliness. Out of respect to ALL guests, we ask that you leave your pet friends at home (ESA's by preapproval only*
ESA needs to be sling or held for the duration of the cruise, weighing no more than 8 pounds. Not to be placed on any cushions as nails are very damaging.)
Can We Smoke Aboard the boat?
Yes. Outside areas only and use ashtrays please. You may vape responsibly. However, you are reasonable for any damage caused by smoking!
What About Weed?
Since we will be on federal waters and marijuana is not federally legal. The Coast Guard does random safety checks and can board us at any time.
How Many People Can We Have in Our Group?
13 Max as per US Coast Guard and Port of San Diego regulations. The USCG strictly prohibits us from carrying more than 13 paying guests. Please do not ask if you can bring more.
What Activities & Tours Are There?
A USCG Licensed Captain or Deckhand will be taking care of you and your guests.

Point Loma Sea Lion Cruise
· Tour Downtown San Diego & Embarcadero Park, USS Midway, Rady Shell Amphitheater, & Enjoy the arches of the Coronado Bridge!
· Drop Anchor at Glorietta Bay, Party at Sea, use the lily pad & Swim! (3+ hours required)
· And of course at anytime… Dance, Sing, Lay out, watch for marine life & Enjoy lavations!
Can we anchor and swim with a 2-hour cruise?
Sorry, No the required time it takes to drop/pull anchor and set up for swimming requires a minimum of a 3-hr. cruise
What supplies are included?
Ice, Cups, Plates, Utensils, Bottled Water, & Cooler. We also have a HUGE lily pad for Charters 3+ hours or longer. We do not supply any Alcoholic Beverages or Food.

What if I leave something behind after the Charter?
We apologize, but we are not liable for items left behind. Please send us a message and we will endeavor to find the item. You will need to arrange for the collection of any item(s) when the yacht is accessible, as we do not offer delivery or mailing services. Ensure you have all your belongings before disembarking from the yacht post-cruise.
Can we BBQ?
(Optional Upgrade) -Grill your veggies and meats while you are anchored- Our crew will help set up/breakdown for you and your party and assist watching the grill. Available upon request with a $100 add-on fee. Minimum 4hr Charter required
Excessive Messes & Toilets?
There is a $250 cleaning fee for excessive messes or clogged toilets. Boat Plumbing is SENSITIVE. Please discard all non-toilet paper/tissues in the bathroom trash can. Our crew will also remind you during the boarding safety brief. If you have a spill let the crew know ASAP! There are also towels located around the boat to clean up spills. This will be held from your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations more than 15 days from departure date, 50% refunded of Total Rental. Cancellations less than 15 days from departure date, no refunds. If a charter is canceled due to unsafe weather, Charterer may reschedule.
